In the closing months of my fellowship with Target Margin Theater‘s Institute for Collaborative Theater Making, I am beginning the groundwork for a long term series of experiments about the form and function of “Performance”. It is my aim to develop a method of inquiry that is specific, rigorous and simultaneously pushes the limits of our ability to transmit data, knowledge and understanding (i.e. communicate).
The first four sessions of research will begin by probing the big, interrelated areas of inquiry in order to refine the questions which will then be used to generate a series of experiments in 2015.
